When it came one of the Charger slots was broken, the led light won't light up or charge I had a lot of problems with it.And the big charger charges slower than the apple small charger,but the car charger is great but don't get to excited for it to come in the mail. If you bought this product because of the batteries DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Buy some cheap offer with 2,3, or 4 battles.

Smatree vs GoPro?

My first expectation was one was not going to work. I was correct but contacted Smatree and they sent two replacements. Both worked.

I can see no difference in the performance as compared to the GoPro. The question should be would I purchase them again?...YES. No need to pay $$$$ more for the GoPro version.

Excellent customer service! I had problems with the charger 3 month after I purchased it and forgot about it. 3 months later I emailed the Smatree and asked if I could purchase a replacement charger. Within 24 hours I received a response informing me that they had improved the product and would send me a replacement charger free. Good deal! I was even more pleased when the replacement arrived It was not just the charger but included everything including two new batteries. So now I have 5 batteries for my GoPro!

Battery life was good while the battery actually worked

Ehh, Battery life was good while the battery actually worked. One battery ended up being DEAD about 2 or 3 uses in. The other one still works decently, but not nearly as good as the GoPro ones with many uses in. The charger,cable, and the wall plug itself is pretty cheap and kind of ... Clunky
